MALINA is a web-based tool for comparative analysis and statistical
visualization of human gut metagenomic samples. It provides
researchers with visual and intuitive tools for comparing samples, as
well as groups of subjects, using taxonomic and functional profiling.
Availability of multiple bundled datasets allows user to examine data
in the context of existing human gut metagenomic studies, including
methodology of enterotypes. Both Sanger sequencing and NGS reads are
supported, including SOLiD.
